Salary Schedule : Base $64,700; Additional credit for related years of service and related education.

Benefits : Benefit eligible. Eligible the first of the month following date of hire.

Contract : 10 Months, 198 Days

Hours : Full-Time

Reports to : Director of Special Education and Principal

Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist License.
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
• At least two (2) years of satisfactory therapy services with children.
• Ability to evaluate for fine motor and sensory integration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with others.
• Must possess and maintain valid DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift and carry up to 25 pounds, or help in a team lift a school-aged student of typical size and weight. The employee is required to move about the school or travel between schools in the District.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Duties may require employee to be exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat or cold, wind and rain. High humidity and / or dusty conditions may also be present.
