Senior FP&A Lead

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Lead to drive strategic planning and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage the company forecast budget model for revenue, expenses, and cash flow

Oversee day-to-day accounting workflows in collaboration with a third-party accounting firm

Conduct financial analyses and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance for the leadership team

Required Qualifications

4-6+ years of experience in business operations, investment banking, accounting, consulting, or private equity

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable narratives

Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals and experience managing external accountants or auditors

Deep analytical and modeling skills

Proven project management skills in cross-functional environments
