Job descriptionPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environment required. Background in automotive interiors, textiles, or convertible top / headliner production is highly preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Ability to motivate and develop a team while maintaining high production standards. Team size : Approximately 48 production employees Shift : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM Standard Medical Benefits offered Paid Time Off Ideal start date : After the New Year
Company Overview : Leading manufacturer of convertible tops, headliners, and other automotive interior components, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facility.
Position Overview : This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader in automotive, textiles, or upholstery production who’s ready to grow with a stable, expanding organization that values quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 48 production employees to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to maintain consistent output.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
