JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active NC medical license (or eligibility)

Board : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine

DEA : Active DEA Certification required

Certifications : BLS required

Experience : New graduates and experienced physicians considered

Other Qualifications : Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care

Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers for coordinated patient care

Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in EMR

Participate in CME, hospital meetings, and administrative responsibilities
