Weekend LPN - Home Care - Community Health at Home

Now Hiring for Full Time or Part Time 3a-3 : 30p, or 7a - 7 : 30p & PRN all shifts.

We offer flexible scheduling with 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Weekends are required but are flexible to fit your needs. This allows you to work every other weekend or every third weekend based on your needs.

Full & Part Time positions, start at a new grad rate is at $25.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on years of experience & applicable certifications. Our full & part time positions also include shift differentials for any hours worked from 2 : 30 pm to 7 : 00 am. These rates are $4.00 on top of the base rate when working Monday - Friday & are $6.00 on top of base rate when working on Saturdays & Sundays.

Be the LPN / LVN You've Always Aspired to Be

Your impactful journey involves :

Providing direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.

Observing patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.

Collaborating directly with Registered Nurses to

Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations.

CPR certification.

One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.

Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
