A company is looking for a Director of Retirement Plans Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full product development lifecycle for retirement plans from discovery through implementation

Guide distribution management with product positioning and placement to ensure profitability

Build and cultivate internal and external relationships to promote and grow the retirement plans line of business

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

7-10 years of related retirement plan industry experience

Relevant retirement plan industry designations desired
