What you'll do here :

  • Sales & Revenue Growth + Identify, prospect, and convert new schools from competitors through insight-driven conversations that inspire change and position Milady as the preferred partner.
  • Develop and implement a territory strategy focused on new logo acquisition and digital platform expansion.
  • Leverage data and market insights to tailor solutions aligned with customer goals and student outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and implementation teams to design customer engagement strategies that drive adoption and retention.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed territory revenue and growth targets.
  • Customer Success & Retention + Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business objectives, student outcomes, and operational challenges.
  • Guide customers through digital onboarding, adoption, and expansion to ensure measurable success.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention and renewal strategies.
  • Partner with the Implementation & Training team to ensure seamless transitions and maximize digital engagement.
  • Operational Excellence + Maintain disciplined pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Provide regular insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Represent Milady at industry events, trade shows, and virtual engagements to generate leads and strengthen relationships.

Skills you will need here :

  • Required : + 3+ years of experience in consultative or solution sales, with a proven record of driving new business acquisition and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge customer assumptions and reframe their needs to drive action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level and program decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with digital learning platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Some college coursework completed.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for key customer meetings, events, or trade shows.
  • Preferred : + Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Experience in the Beauty & Wellness or Postsecondary Education industries.
  • Familiarity with education funding cycles and digital learning trends.

    The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $21.00 - $28.00 USD
