Senior Estimator

Location : Charlotte, NC

Pay : $110,000 - $150,000 per annum base salary + bonus

I’m partnered with a small to mid-sized General Contractor in Charlotte who have grown rapidly over the last few years – and they’re not slowing down anytime soon. With plans to expand another 30 percent they’re now looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team and help shape the future of their preconstruction department.

This GC focuses on commercial projects including restaurants, gas stations, medical offices and convenience stores. The culture is relaxed friendly flexible and built around trust and accountability rather than micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead full-cycle estimating for commercial projects from concept through GMP
• Prepare detailed estimates budgets and proposals
• Review drawings specs and scopes to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage subcontractor pricing bid reviews and value engineering
• Partner with clients architects engineers and internal teams for a smooth project handover
• Mentor and support a Junior Estimator as they develop
• Use Procore and other estimating tools (Procore preferred)
