Lead Driver Ambassadors will work alongside our sales, marketing and operations teams to help grow local & national brands in a fun, engaging manner.

A Lead Driver Ambassador understands that a circuit driver is more than just a driver, but also a brand ambassador. Cities, private developers, property supervisors, & advertisers help sponsor our service. If we are in a city using ad funded services, it is important we ensure they are happy with how we represent their company, products, & services.

As a Lead Driver Ambassador, you will not only fulfill the role of a Driver Ambassador but also play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, promoting a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to a culture of excellence among our team of Driver Ambassadors.

Responsibilities inclusive of but not limited to :

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of driver ambassadors, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for both drivers and passengers.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
• Assisting driver ambassadors with any operational challenges or road hazards they may encounter.
• Conducting regular training sessions for new and existing drivers, covering company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and customer service protocols.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient storage system for driver uniforms, equipment, and supplies.

A Lead Driver Ambassador recognizes that a Circuit Driver Ambassador is a brand ambassador, who should promote the advertiser / product in a positive light and help to sell their product by distributing samples, dropping passengers off at the company's location, and sharing facts on the brand with riders.
