Job description
A company is looking for an EMR Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the EMR system by resolving help desk tickets and technical issues
Conduct user training and develop comprehensive EMR materials
Ensure data integrity and secure protection of health record documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with electronic medical records systems is required
Two years of experience in quality assurance or mental health treatment preferred
Previous helpdesk support experience preferred
A valid California Driver's License is required
