Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Behavioral Health

Join our dynamic integrated medical and behavioral health team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This role primarily focuses on providing support to adult patients, but there will also be opportunities to engage with clients of all age groups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments for mental health, emotional, or addiction-related disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and offer psychotherapy, counseling, and related therapeutic services.
• Accurately document all services in the electronic health record (athenaOne) in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
