Description

Production Associates flip and align aluminum ingots coming off the conveyor. The Aluminum ingots are around 300°F and need to be flipped every other one for the manipulator to pick them up. Once the stack of aluminum ingots is complete, they are weighed, and a forklift is used to take them to a cooling area. New employees are placed into the New Employee Progress Plan that highlights performance goals along with possible merit increases within the first year.

• Flip 1 ingot of 15lbs-18lbs every 6 seconds
• Safety oriented

6 days a week ( Monday to Saturday)
