Director of Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to serve as a client-facing fractional advisor for high-growth, venture-backed startups.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary financial advisor to a portfolio of startup clients

Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for each client

Lead the creation and delivery of Board-ready reporting packages and investor updates

Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar client-facing role

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or Master's a plus)

Proven experience supporting VC-backed startups in Finance or FP&A capacity

Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis

Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; experience with systems like NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
