We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of 35 custom single-family home projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of residential new construction, a strong command of scheduling, and the ability to manage subcontractors with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for multiple custom home builds.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
• Maintain and update construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and resolve issues that may affect the construction timeline or quality.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00 / yr.
