Inventory Control Supervisor Job Description :

In this role you will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Control team. Ensure merchandise is inspected and quality checked from a financial-control perspective and that all merchandise movement meets with company SOPs standard methodologies.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure scheduled cycle counts of reserve and forward-pick locations are completed in a timely manner.
• Involve the Area Operations Managers for any issues that need their involvement.
• Address unsafe storage issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or confidential information.
• Confirm all P.I.T. equipment safety check sheets are completed daily and that equipment is operated in a safe manner.
• Make sure that all goods shipped to our customers meets our standards of excellence.
• Perform audits for receiving, put aways, replenishment, picking, packing, and returns are completed and logged.
• Maintain slot utilization reports and involve operations when needed.
• Ensure receiving documents are accounting reports are accurately reconciled.
• Coordinate resolution of unavailable quantity issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Merchandise Control on processing RTV's.
• Manage a team and develop them for future growth opportunities within the department and the organization.
• Work on additional special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

Salary : This position has a starting salary range of $60,200.00 - $79,700.00 per year.

This position has a starting salary range of $61,000.00 to $79,700.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
