Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist
Assist with weekly payroll processing for approximately 450 employees.
Maintain employee data and records using ADP Workforce Now .
Support both union and non-union payroll processes.
Verify timesheets, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure payroll accuracy.
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including onboarding and employee record maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Generalist
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 + years of HR or payroll experience; internships welcome.
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
