The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Radiology Tech to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, IA !

What is a community health center (FQHC)?

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details :

  • Clinic Hours : Mon / Tues / Fri 8 : 30a.m.-5 : 00p.m. & Wed / Thurs 8 : 30a.m.-8 : 00p.m.
  • Your Schedule : 4 days per week 8 : 30-5 : 00 and choosing Wed or Thurs to work one later shift 11 : 30-8 : 00
  • Current team includes : Chief Technologist + this position
  • EHR : OCHIN Epic

    Requirements :

    Education and Experience :

  • Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technology.
  • Current registration with the A.R.R.T as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Iowa Permit-to-Practice Radiography from the Iowa Department of Public Health.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Current BLS and Mandatory Reporter Certification required.
  • Ideal candidate would hold or be willing to obtain Mammography certification with assistance from the health center
