Job Description

Operations Manager - Pilates Studio

Location : 13448 Beach Ave, Unit 1, Marina Del Rey, 90292

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $55,000-$70,000 DOE + performance-based bonuses + studio perks

Reports to : Studio Owner / Director

reformers and a passionate team of instructors and front desk staff, we're on a mission to make

every class an exceptional experience. We're looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused

Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day studio operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager ensures the studio runs efficiently and smoothly, creating a seamless

experience for both clients and staff. You'll be the go-to person for managing schedules, supporting

staff, handling client needs, and keeping everything on track - from inventory to instructor subs.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations

• Oversee daily operations, including studio opening / closing procedures
• Maintain studio cleanliness, supplies, and equipment upkeep
• Manage class schedule, instructor coverage, and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Bookee)
