Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR / L)

Location : Split between our Lutz and Wesley Chapel clinics (15-minute drive between locations, mileage reimbursed!)

Position Type : Full-Time, W-2

Setting : Clinic-Based Only

What You'll Do :

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for children with autism and developmental differences
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care / ADLs, play skills, and functional participation.
• Collaborate daily with families, teachers, BCBAs, SLPs, and RBTs to support skills generalization across clinic and classroom settings.
• Document sessions efficiently using an intuitive EMR platform with support available when needed.
• Participate in weekly 1 : 1 meetings with your clinical director, interdisciplinary team meetings, staff trainings, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Rotate between our Lutz and Wesley Chapel clinics - no driving to schools, daycares, or homes.

• Competitive hourly pay range of up to $45 / hour, W-2, based on experience
