Senior Business Architect

A company is looking for a Senior Business Architect to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align business strategy with technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute enterprise business strategies aligned with IT and operational goals

Lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud

Develop change management frameworks to support the adoption of new processes and technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business architecture, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise strategy roles

Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI Agents and Bullhorn Automation

Demonstrated leadership in change management and process transformation

Experience in Talent Solutions, Professional Services, or Clinical Solutions preferred
