Must Haves :

• Active Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas
• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• 2+ years of leadership / management experience (can be informal)
• Ability to pass a background & drug screening
• Valid Drivers License

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Health & Wellness Manager to join their team. As apart of this persons daily operation, they will manage the intake process for new students arrivals, including reviewing medical files to assess physical and mental health conditions and determining eligibility for enrollment in Job Corps. This person will over open enrollment applications, typically reviewing 2-3 students assessments per day, and coordinating initial physicals, medication distribution, and support for on-site medical staff. As well as, respond to mental health crises, ensuring proper documentation and reporting, and completing weekly statistical reports. This person will also deliver bi weekly health and wellness presentations to incoming students and clerical staff, often in collaborating with corporate nurses. Common cases include student with depression, diabetes, autism, allergies, with a high emphasis on mental health related visits. This role is ultimately responsible for supervising the center health services and ensuring compliance with OSHA & DOL standards. This position does require the ability to be on-call through their phone. As well as, will require 5 days a week on-site Monday through Friday.
