Freelance Zendesk AI Trainer

A company is looking for a Freelance Zendesk Expert - AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps

Define test cases including dialogue flow and agent responses

Create optimal sequences of tools for agents and write User Agent instructions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant area

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Zendesk admin / configuration

Experience setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation

Advanced level of English (C1) or above

Ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks quickly
