Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN

Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitaion in Scottdale, PA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team! Our facility consists of 35 dully authorized beds. Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a family-oriented facility that strives to make our services and people the pillars that set us apart in the delivery of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in our community.

DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a physical therapist, you will work as a member of the facility interdisciplinary team developing and coordinating treatment plans for both short- and long-term residents. You will collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff and clinical resources in the planning, implementation and delivery of care.

You teach, mentor, and inspire each member to give their best and continue to develop professionally. Your love for senior care is evident in all you do. You enjoy your job, and your positive attitude filters down to our staff, as well as our patients and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility
• A love for people, especially the senior population
