About The Position

• Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and techniques for continued care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patient therapy sessions.
