Requirements

• EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• CERTIFICATION / LICENSES : Current RN license valid in New Mexico or a Compact state. BLS Certification is necessary or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hiring. All other required certifications should be secured within 6 months of employment. It is important to maintain all required certifications without a grace period for renewal.
• SKILLS : Must possess current knowledge and skills relevant to the patient age and type served. Demonstrate sensitivity to patients' rights in the delivery of care. Communicates effectively and appropriately according to patients' developmental stages.
