Workers’ Compensation Attorney – Maryland
An established and expanding law firm is looking to add a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to its Shady Grove office. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of cases, advocate for clients, and grow within a supportive team environment. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and one day remote, depending on hearing calendars.
What You’ll Do
- Represent injured workers in all phases of the workers’ compensation process before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission
- Handle hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other case-related documents
- Develop case strategies and provide clear, practical legal guidance to clients
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to manage caseloads effectively
- Build strong client relationships with consistent communication and support
