Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : Up to $350,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus Bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus : $25,000
  • Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000

  • Degree : MD / DO
  • Certifications : Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine
