As a Business Assistant ( Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Coordinator ) , you are the first person that our patients see when they walk in and have one of the most ( if not the most ) important positions in a dental office. You will work in an environment that encourages learning, team cohesion, and puts patients first
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a dental office / same position
- Saturday availability is essential. While you won’t be scheduled every Saturday, being available is a requirement for the role.
- Start time is as early as 8 : 20 AM each day.
- End times can vary :
- On weekdays, w e close at 6 : 00pm , and shifts can go as late as 6 : 45 PM , though most days end earlier.
- On Saturdays, we close at 4 : 00 pm the latest shift ends at 4 : 45 PM , but again, most Saturdays finish sooner.
