Job Title : Packaging Line Operator (Food Manufacturing)

Location : Plymouth, MN

Shift Options :

  • Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
  • Night Shift : 4 : 20 PM - 2 : 50 AM (Monday - Thursday)

Job Summary :

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Line Operators to join our team in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)-regulated food production facility . In this role, you will work on an automated packaging line , ensuring products are correctly packed into boxes, sealed, and prepared for distribution. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards while keeping pace with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment efficiently
  • Package finished food products into boxes according to specifications
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality and compliance with GMP standards
  • Label, seal, and stack boxes for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
  • Assist with cleaning, maintenance, or other tasks as needed to support production

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
  • Knowledge of GMP or other food safety standards a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Willingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime as needed

  • Clean, climate-controlled GMP facility
  • Team-oriented production floor
  • Exposure to repetitive tasks and loud machinery (PPE provided)
