Account Representative, BJ's Warehouse Club

Description

The Account Representative, BJ's Warehouse Clu b will perform specific tactical sales tasks through cross-functional management of multiple internal departments including warehouse, procurement, marketing, shoppers marketing, and sales. Manage specific job functions and responsibilities associated with club activity that includes inventory, item management, and order processing.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Assist the National Account Manager in the day-to-day management of a key sales account.
• Act as a customer liaison - communicate effectively with the customer through written and verbal communication to ensure outstanding service.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations and deliver on key responsibilities.
• Quickly assess outstanding items, determine next steps, and "own the process" through execution.
• Promptly and proactively manage tasks, including item setup, order processing, and promotion planning and execution.
• Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Available to travel as needed several times per year.
• Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.

What You Will Need :

Salary : $46,000.00 - $62,000.00
