Requirements and Qualifications

Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends. The hours are part-time and will vary based on business needs. You must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED. Three to six months' experience in a retail environment is preferred. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills are required. You must be 16 years of age or older. Physical requirements include talking / hearing, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, occasional sitting, climbing / balancing, kneeling / crouching / crawling, and the use of a Brannock device. You may frequently lift / move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• Deliver strong customer connections and be a passionate adidas Brand ambassador to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and help the store operate effectively.
