Key Responsibilities :

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
• Assist with patient mobility, including safe transfer techniques and ambulation.
• Prepare rooms for admissions and assist with patient transport.
• Collect specimens as directed by nursing staff.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments under nurse supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
