Key Responsibilities
Utilize industry best practices to ensure high service standards in customer interactions
Monitor and assess quality of engagement and compliance across various business lines
Drive projects to improve processes, tools, and training based on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, or related fields, preferably in SaaS
Proven experience launching quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
Ability to quickly understand business priorities and analyze data for insights
Experience with tools like Gong and / or Salesforce is a plus
Project management or industry certifications (e.g., COPC, PMP) are preferred
