Location : Crescent City, CA

Employment Type : Full-Time (40 hours / week)

About the Role

Stallant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Site Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP / PA) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to manage an average of 3 patients per hour efficiently with the support of a skilled administrative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
  • Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care screenings
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice
  • Document all patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare providers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
  • This role is designed to allow the provider to focus on patient care while support staff handle scheduling and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • Current DEA license
  • Minimum 2 year of clinical experience preferred / new grads considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-focused care and continuous improvement
