Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Acute Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 14 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Provide direct clinical care to a variety of skilled and long-term care patients / residents. Assess patients according to established guidelines, and assign appropriate staff based on patient needs and staffing matrix. Assess patient's physical and psycho social needs and implement a plan of care to address the needs. Transcribe / implement physician orders in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in department quality improvement activities as needed. Comply with mandated hospital and department education programs. Assist in the delivery of programs as requested.
