Material Handler First Shift

Electric Forklift Operator

Will operate an electric forklift sit down and / or stand up equipment. Will not be on this equipment 100% of the day. Must be able to work in sorting, cycle counting, packing, as well as operating the equipment. Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities :

• Pick, repack, label, and prepare parts and raw materials for production
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and pick orders
• Complete daily paperwork, conduct 5S activities, and cycle counts
• Assist in both internal and external audits
• Follow all forklift and pedestrian safety protocols while operating equipment
• Lift and move materials, maintaining safe handling practices
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and properly store materials
• Recycle following ISO14001 environmental guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support physical inventories

First Shift 7 : 30a-4 : 00 p and every other Sunday. $18 / hr

Company is in Peak and has recently relocated to Frankfort. They are still receiving many shipments, and sending out many shipments. This position requires overtime. Not temperature controlled. Closed toed shoes. Long pants, plain shirts. Will be provided safety vest and safety glasses.
