Key Responsibilities

Specialize in ITSM offerings to design, implement, and optimize solutions for enterprise customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and assess client needs

Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers and prospects

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with mid-market / enterprise customers

Experience selling ITSM solutions for managing and delivering IT services

Ability to interpret complex business problems and develop value-based solutions

Comfortable interacting with both business executives and technical audiences

Proven track record of building executive relationships and collaborating across teams
