Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering or Construction Management graduate who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in pursuing a career in Project Management and Estimating rather than traditional design work. This role offers an opportunity to work on construction-focused projects while developing skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation for construction projects.

Analyze project specifications and prepare accurate estimates.

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Participate in industry-specific project management training.

Fulfill documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Strong aptitude for numbers, data analysis, and attention to detail.

Interest in project management and estimating rather than design work.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Enrollment in a Project Management course or certification program (preferred).

Familiarity with construction processes (preferred).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lees Summit, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06 / hr.
