Senior Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A and Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide actionable insights

Manage corporate financial model consolidations and prepare budget vs. actual reviews

Oversee headcount management and enforce spend discipline across business transactions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or investment management

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs / Sheets / Slides; familiarity with SQL and NetSuite is a plus

Strong analytical thinking skills to derive insights and actionable strategies

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent; a Master's degree is advantageous
