Project Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager to support a new ServiceNow implementation. This position is fully onsite in Lorton, VA. An active TS / SCI clearance is required.

What You'll Do

• Lead Project Delivery : Drive all phases of the ServiceNow expansion projectITAM, ITOM, enhanced ITSM, service-catalog and automated KIT request flows.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with Delivery Leads, PMO, Lead Developer and Architect to define scope, schedule, resourcing and budget.
• Planning & Reporting : Develop and maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, RAID logs and executive-level status reports.
• Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify risks, track issues, coordinate mitigation and escalate as needed.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to TS / SCI and SAP-eligibility requirements; coordinate with security office on SAP timelines.
• Team Facilitation : Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog-grooming and project reviewsleveraging ServiceNow, JIRA or similar tools.
• Change Control : Own change-request intake, CCB preparation and post-deployment reviews in accordance with classified network policies.
