About the Role

As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will engage with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport, understanding customer needs, and communicating the value of our products. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.

We prioritize your comfort year-round with perks such as air-conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, and chilled water in hot weather, and cozy beanies, hand warmers, and hot cocoa in winter.

Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, and canvassing roles are encouraged to apply, as transferable skills like communication, relationship building, and resilience are valued.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Ability to Earn $70 - $99K annually (and greater) — Base + Commission

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory. Our user-friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, thereby maximizing your sales potential.
  • You will utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. This helps build a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets is expected, and you may attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and opportunities.
  • Participate in our dynamic 5-week Sales Residency program that equips you with essential skills and industry knowledge. You will be provided with a company-owned air-conditioned vehicle for business use. New employees may attend a one-week onsite training and coaching event to meet leaders and peers and gain hands-on experience. Our Learning & Development and Management programs support career growth.

Do You Have

  • Sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver\'s license and a good driving record.
  • A reliable and insured personal vehicle to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive your company-owned vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
  • Self-motivation and a desire for success.
  • The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
  • Employees who work virtually are required to maintain a distraction-free workspace and ensure a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
  • Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a plus.
  • What We Offer

  • Five-thousand-dollar sign-on bonus : Earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments. $1,000 after completing the 5-week residency, $2,000 at 6 months, and $2,000 after 12 months of service. Availability and payout are subject to employment in good standing at each payout point.
