The role is consulting-level, technical professional. Experience in a specialty or professional field and strong business acumen. Understands advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Location : This is a work from home position within the U.S.

The main responsibilities include enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology, facilitating broad discussion to align business units to common solutions, coaching subject matter experts through the program or project lifecycle to ensure execution, resolving day-to-day technology needs, including system or process analysis, understanding technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment, suggesting plans to integrate new and existing processes, providing input and supporting planning and prioritization for business process engineering related activities, identifying processes for improvement, documenting existing processes, identifying and analyzing gaps between current processes and the desired stated, developing process performance measures and planning the transition to a new process, and providing counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.

What we look for in a candidate : Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. 5-10 years related experience.

Compensation : This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location based pay ranges $103,711 - $138,281 in these states : AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY $108,896 - $145,195 in these states : CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI $114,082 - $152,109 in these states : AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA.
