Job Description
Prepare complex tax returns, including trust and estate fiduciary filings such as Forms 1041, 706, and 709Review tax work prepared by associates and provide clear direction to ensure accuracyCoordinate engagements by managing client communication, documentation, deadlines, and workflowResearch complex tax issues and collaborate with senior team members to develop solutionsSupervise and mentor less experienced staff on engagements and special projectsBuild strong client relationships and develop into a trusted advisorSupport business development efforts by helping promote the firm and expand client servicesQualifications
BA / BS in Accounting or related fieldActive CPA license strongly preferred4+ years of relevant public accounting experienceStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlinesFamiliarity with trust and estate tax filingsProficiency with MS Office and tax / accounting softwareWhy You'll Love Working Here
