Massachusetts Licensed Senior Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including sales and vendor agreements

Provide ongoing legal advice and support to various internal teams

Conduct legal trainings and assist with corporate transactional work as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

J.D. from a well-recognized law school and excellent academic credentials

Admitted to the Massachusetts state bar or another U.S. state bar

5-8 years of commercial and / or corporate transactional experience required

Regulatory or technology experience, especially in the health industry, preferred

Prior in-house or large law firm experience is a plus
