Description

We specialize in aircraft management and charter, helping aircraft owners to reduce costs, maintain FAA compliance, simplify logistics and generate revenue by chartering on our 135 Charter Certificate. In this role you will be sourcing aircraft owners looking for a company to take care of those tasks that take the joy out of aircraft ownership. If you are an ambitious sales professional with experience in the part 135 aviation industry, but you want to work for a company with a family environment and culture, this might be for you.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute plans to acquire aircraft to add in our management program.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients , ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting our services

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Part 135 regulations and the aviation sector.

Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills working with top level corporate executives and owners

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time.

Ability to work with high net worth aircraft owners

Proven track record of 3-5 years in business development in aviation

Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions to generate effective solutions
