Must have 1 year of recent experience, must be able to interpret and sign off tele strips

Licenses : WI / Compact License in hand

Certs : BLS, NIHSS must have in hand before start

Must have two references with the last year and one reference from most current assignment before start

Weekends : Every Other

Note : EPIC exp. Hardstop

Certs : BLS, NIHSS must have in hand before start

Local Radius Rule : 50 miles

Charting System : Required : Epic

WI or Compact License Required
