We are seeking a Part Time Paralegal / legal Assistant to work with one attorney to provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

• Responsibilities and Qualifications :
• Telephone support, client contact, open / maintain files
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of pleadings / discovery / documents
• Familiar with electronic filing and calendar / scheduling matters
• Maintain and input expense records into billing software
• Some knowledge of real estate and divorce proceedings
• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant or secretarial position
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Multi-tasking and organized
