Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments for various mental health and substance use disorders.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to provide effective treatment.
• Monitor and track treatment responses and manage changes in clinical symptoms or side effects.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

The salary range for this position is $53,800 to $114,300 annually for full-time employment, dependent on several factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. Alongside your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package and various incentives.

If you are located in Florida, this position requires a Level II background check as defined by the AHCA for those with direct, face-to-face client contact. Background checks need to be renewed every five years.
