As planning manager, you will :

• Provide guidance and oversight to schedulers in development of ship repair integrated master schedules, as well as schedules for multiple DOD projects
• Develop and maintain IPS and MS and oversee the development and maintenance of schedules in support of program and project managers
• Lead and mentor team members to improve schedules and resource forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources to meet goals
• Identify risks and provide mitigation plans
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve scheduling and resource forecasting
• Provide support for new business development and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies

Pay information :

Full-time salary range : $105835 - $179920

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
