Job Title : Desktop Support Technician
Contract Duration : 4+ months

Position Type : Hourly contract (W2 only)
Responsibilities :
Provide hardware and software support for desktops and laptops
Perform maintenance, installation, and upgrades for PCs, software, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues not addressed by the service desk
Ensure professionalism and support for executive-level (C-Level) clients
Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update ticketing systems
May assist with server or network support, though certification is not required
Must-Have Skills :
Strong communication skills
Experience with Mac OS (Ventura, Monterey, Sonoma) and Windows 10 / 11 in a professional setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and ServiceNow
Customer service experience is critical
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Audio / Visual (A / V) experience
Additional customer-facing experience
Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills
